In the production of dairy based ice creams, the ice cream mix must be pasteurized and matured to ensure a flawless and high-quality base. The Valtek Past pasteurizer takes care of that with its digitally controlled pasteurization.
Unique design solutions
The perfectly designed agitator ensures the best blending process for a nearly homogenized ice cream mix. It can also pasteurize smaller amounts of ice cream mix.
Indirect heating / cooling on the entire surface of the cylinder allows operations at lower temperatures and prevents changes in the flavor of the ice cream mix.
After the mix is extracted, the entire outlet pipe can be thoroughly cleaned to prevent any contamination.
The digitally controlled process of pasteurization allows you to monitor the machine’s operations at all stages. In case of errors, such as power losses, too slow refrigeration, or any rises in temperature while the mix is maturing, Valtek Past will display a warning.
